The best time is definitely the summer, from June to September, these are the hottest months and you'll find all the tourist activities opened. But there are also particularly interesting times during the low season, April and May, but also in October, when you will be able to reconcile a beach holiday with the benefits of spa treatments at the thermal baths of Cervia or hiking in nature, such as in the nearby Saline di Cervia.

What to see in Milano Marittima

The center of Milano Marittima is famous for its roundabout called 1 Maggio, a meeting place where you'll find clubs and pubs open from happy hours until late at night, and also a reference point for shopping trend.

Along the paths through the pine grove you can visit the Natural Park, an environmental heritage of great interest populated by many animals and a maritime pine forest flora. Inside there is CerviAvventura, an adventure park where you can experience nature in a new and exciting way thanks to his five trails that twists and turns through the trees.

Particularly evocative is the Casa delle Farfalle (House of butterflies), a 800 square meter heated greenhouse that hosts hundreds of butterflies and insects, mainly from South America and South Africa.

Not far from the center and from the promenade there are important sporting venues such as the 'Adriatic Golf Club, the first golf course with 27 holes in the Riviera, the stadium "Germano Todoli", the tennis club "Circolo Tennis Cervia", the "Centro Tennis Mare e Pineta", the nautical club and the Equestrian Center "Le Siepi". All this facilities host top-quality events.
